Cancellation Policy: 24 Hours Notice Required

calendarIf you must cancel an appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice.  I will try to reschedule your appointment for the same week so that you don’t miss your treatment.  You will be charged the full fee for your session if you do not show up for your appointment or cancel with less than a day’s notice (24 hours.)  Please note that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions.  While I truly understand that unforeseen problems arise during the course of a life, I cannot be responsible for them financially when they do occur, which is what happens when the scheduled session is not paid for.
